The ingredients needed to make Turkey Larb:
  1. Prepare 1 lb ground turkey
  2. Take 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. Prepare 10 clove chopped garlic
  4. Take 1 medium yellow onion
  5. Take 1 bunch cilantro
  6. Make ready 1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  7. Get 1 bunch green onions
  8. Get 1/2 cup rice powder (optional)
  9. Take 1/4 cup crushed red pepper
  10. Make ready 6 limes (juice)
  11. Take 1/2 cup fish sauce
  12. Get 1 head romaine or leaf lettuce
  13. Take cooked jasmine rice

For the Larb: In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add turkey mince and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, until browned. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar. Top with the turkey larb, spring onion, sliced chilli, peanuts and mint.

Steps to make Turkey Larb:
  1. Heat olive oil in pan and cook garlic and chopped yellow onion until soft.
  2. Add ground turkey to onions and garlic and cook throughly.
  3. Add the lime juice, fish sauce, rice powder, green onions, mint, cilantro, cayenne pepper and mix well.
  4. Serve on top of lettuce leaves and jasmine rice on the side. YUM!!!!!
