- Take potato in vessel and cover it with corn flour or rice flour. Note: do not add water let it be dry
- Now heat oil in pan. Add potato in batches as suits you to fry. Fry the potatoes at first time for like 8-10 min on medium flame. Do not fry much.Just when they are slight crunch from outside and cooked inside.
- Deep fry the potatoes for the second time till the potatoes are golden in colour.
- On the other side of gas put some oil in pan and add chopped capsicum and oinons.
- Add some salt and red chilli powder and saute the veg till they are cooked
- Add red chilli sauce, tomoato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it on low flame
- Add little water and mix well.
- To 1 tsp of corn flour add water and make slurry.
- Add this slurry to sauce mix and cook on low flame till sauce thickens
- After sauce thickens add honey
- Add fried potatoes and mix it well.
- Serve it hot garnishing it with white sesame seeds.
