- Add this mixture to milk.
- Cook till rice cooked well. Stir in between.
- When the mixture becomes thickens add grated paneer and milk powder.
- (if you are using khoya add in this step) - Switch off the flame.
- Add cardamom powder and pistachio. Mix.
- Let the phirni come to room temperature. Stir in between.
- Now add the chilled kiwi mixture and mix well.
- Kiwi phirni is ready. - Chill for 1-2hours before serving.
