- In a bowl, remove the sausages from their pockets
- Add a tablespoon of cajun spice into the mixture and mix with your hands until mixed. You can make your own cajun spice by mixing these ingredients in powder form: paprika,garlic, onion, black pepper,white pepper, dried oregano, thyme and cayenne powder

- Bake in a pre heated oven for 30 mins at 180°c. Let them cool then serve when warm or cold. You can freeze these upto 3 months and re heat on demand.
