- In the same hot oil add chopped garlic and green chillies. After 1-2 minutes add roasted sesame seeds. Then add sliced onion cook for two minutes.
- Add salt, sugar, soya sauce. Cook it on high flame. Add red chilli sauce and ketchup.
- Add 1/2 cup water and boil it. In a bowl mix one tbsp of cornflour and water. Then add to the sauce. Boil and allow it to thicken.
- Add honey in it. After few second add fried potatoes. Saute for one minute. Garnish with green chillies and sesame seeds.
