- Add the boiled jackfruit pieces and potatoes into the masala. Cook and fry on low flame till the jackfruit and potatoes are well cooked. Adjust water cook few more times till the curry thickens.
- Sprinkle Garam masala powder cover the lid. Stir when you start serving. - - Serve with rice,roti,naan, Chapattis or parathas.
