  5. Add a drizzle of oil to a stir-fry/work/skillet. Heat it on medium, add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
  6. Add beef to pan, stir and break it up until mostly cooked.
  7. Add chopped onion, mushrooms, carrots. Stir for about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Drain noodles, add noodles to pan, stir in for 2-3 minutes. Then add sauce, stir it in.
  9. Add green onion, stir in, cook 1-2 minutes, until just wilted.
  10. Turn off heat, add fresh basil leaves.
  11. Stir Basil leaves until they wilt. Serve.
