- Boil the Gooseberry's for 3-4 minutes. Cool, slice and keep them aside.
- Dry roast half of mustard and half of fenugreek. Grind them to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter the remainig mustard and fenugreek. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves.flame.Add red chilli powder, asafoetida,salt, powdered mustard and fenugreek and the sliced gooseberry's. Mix well and keep aside for day.
- Your pickle is ready to use instantly. Tastes better after a day.
