Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Pour in cooking oil and add in broccoli and shrimp. Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add shrimp to baking Roast, tossing once halfway through, until shrimp are just opaque and broccoli is tender and golden.

The following is an adaptation of Dave's Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine recipe. I thought it needed a little more sauce and some greenery, hence the broccoli. It was quite good, and came together quickly. I much prefer dinners that bake in the oven. This is very loosely based on a roasted shrimp and broccoli recipe by Melissa Clark, that I came across recently. #noshame.
