The ingredients needed to make Liver kebab:
  1. Make ready Half kilo Liver
  2. Make ready 2 Green pepper
  3. Prepare 1 large Onion
  4. Prepare 2 Red Pepper
  5. Make ready 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  6. Make ready Spices
  7. Make ready 4 Bamboo skewers

Melt the butter; brush liver with it. But take care not to overcook. Now add the liver and fry over a medium heat to seal. Do not overcook the liver or it will become hard and leathery.

Steps to make Liver kebab:
  1. Wash and cut liver in small sizes, then marinate the liver with spices and store in refrigerator for 30mins.
  2. Pass the bamboo skewers through the liver then onion, green pepper and pepper.
  3. Place on a heated grill or oven, turn from time to time until liver is done (don’t forget to brush the liver with oil)

Serve with warm fresh nan and perhaps a salad. For garnish, red onions are sliced thinly and tossed with salt, chopped Italian parsley, and sumac , a tangy dark-red spice common in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Once the liver has changed color, add turmeric, salt and pepper. Dice the potatoes and fry them in a separate pan. Serve warm in a platter with potatoes.
