- When the cupcakes centers look a lil wobbly and sides look fixed and a lil brown..then take them out. and let them completely cool down to room temperature.
- Now put it into the freezer for atleast 4hrs.
- For cherry sauce:in a sauce pan on medium heat add your cherries.and add sugar and lemon juice.. let it cook until all the sugar dissolves..
- Turn off the flame and let it cool to room temperature.
- Finally top it over the chilled cupcakes and enjoy..
